Liam contacted me just after purchase to check I had spotted the extended lead time and offered to cancel for a full refund if I was not. After delivery, there were some fitting issues for the part (mudguard extender) which they investigated thoroughly with their supplier. After their supplier stated it was the correct item, and i sent photos showing it didnt fit, Liam immediate issued a full refund and I didn't have to return the item.
