Requested return through eBay. Return was easy via Royal Mail, and refunded very quickly. No specific communication from seller, but return easy. Item looked ok otherwise, and cable included as specified.

Unfortunately the switch would stop forwarding packets after about 24-36hrs (not an error that a standard bench test would reveal) so I had to return it. The measure of any vendor is their returns process, and this vendor was excellent - quick and easy, with great communications at each step of the way, and a prompt refund. Packaging was on point, keeping the CPU safe and sound. As for the item itself, it's exactly as described and in great working condition. The price was relatively fair, little bit high for this particular processor but I didn't want to wait for it shop from Germany! so a solid deal all around.
