I submitted a return and told the seller one lock was broken. The seller offered less than what one lock cost me as a refund. I told the seller that I would be getting back less than what I paid and asked for a replacement. Then the seller refunded me nearly what I paid.. I then take the mostly refund and purchase from another seller?? All I can work out is that my seller was just an onseller.
