Seller contacted me as soon as it was posted, which was very quickly after I ordered it. Australia Post did their bit and it arrived 8 or 9 days later. I'd recommend MADDAD and would buy from them again. Thank You

The item was exactly as described, the shipping was fast and the item was well packed and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the headsets which meant I couldn't use them for my purpose. After I explained the problem, without any hesitation Mark said return them for a refund . I would gladly have just accepted a replacement but unfortunately it was the last one he had. In short I will deal with Mark again.
