The item was exactly as described, the shipping was fast and the item was well packed and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the headsets which meant I couldn't use them for my purpose. After I explained the problem, without any hesitation Mark said return them for a refund . I would gladly have just accepted a replacement but unfortunately it was the last one he had. In short I will deal with Mark again.
