The seller was responsive to messages, easy to work with, and double checked to make sure I knew that the two styles of hardware I’d ordered had different finishes before sending them. Shipping was quick and everything was carefully packaged, with spare screws and even spares of the actual hardware for the smaller, multi-part style of pull.
