After I purchased a used printer from them and it was shipped to my house, the toner cartridge and drum unit were missing despite the original listing indicating they would be included. HP LASER JET PRO 400 M401 PRINTER
This printer is an all around printer .Its easy to set up and operate . Its quiet and works great for a heavy load of printouts. It takes very little room to store. I have two of these printers and would recommend it to anyone who print out bulk black and white copies.

Great little printer.
This is a great little printer. This is my second version of this printer and it is so easy to setup and use. Prints great monochrome prints and its so simple to use.

Great for the price
It's a very reliable printer. I got one with less than 4k printed pages. It has the option of double side. It also have many compatible options for toner. Great value.

Print quality is very good. The printer can be setup to print both sides of the paper (e.g., save paper). Fast printing, too. However, the tone is kind of expensive.
