I recommend it!
It was recommended by my dermatologist in Thailand even though it is not yet available there, doctor must have been trained elsewhere! Anyway my bruising and tearing started all of a sudden in 2020 at 79, now 80! It was so bad i had to wear long sleeves and pants. I ordered this cream as soon as I got back to Canada about 40 days ago. Ordering from Amazon it came relatively quick but expensive. I've since order from eBay, for a USA supplier, cheaper but longer delivery! It has reduced the minor tears in the skin and the size of the bruising but not enough for me... Works for me
I have used this for several years and it does speed up the healing of bruises especially for easy to bruise old people. One problem is the warning that it could cause sunburn without sunscreen or extra clothing. I have had the same skin for 81 years now and it is already sensitive to the summer sun. So, for me, it's a wintertime use product.

Great product with great results!!
As I age (I am 73 years old), I have noticed bruising on my arms and hands for several years resulting in me wearing long sleeves to hide the unsightly bruises. I tend to get new ones almost everyday without even feeling when I hit my arms or hands. This brand was recommended by my dermatologist and I thought I would give it try. It has really helped to fade the purple bruising allowing me to wear short sleeves without the embarrassment of showing my skin. I was able to get a great buy on 2 tubes on ebay which normally retail anywhere from $25 per tube and up. It Does the Trick!
I did considerable Internet research after a friend recommended this product for dark bruises on aging skin and was convinced that it would help a particularly large bruise on my lower left arm. Consumer Reports is a trusted source, and like several others, recommended it. Although the price was rather high at local drug stores (CVS, Rite Aid, etc.), I was able to find the product on eBay for about 40 percent less than at some of them. And, I was very pleasantly surprised at the size. It's HUGE! A soothing cream with no discernable odor for daily use!
DerMend is a soothing cream that helps heal pressure bruises from ordinary activity. My blood thinners cause bruises on my hands and arms. My three cats are not repelled by the fragrance! The cream absorbs quickly and moisturizes the skin. The cream does not cause an eczema reaction. I liked it so much after trying it, I bought 5 more tubes of DerMend!
