I went to the USPS in person and also phoned them several times. They couldn't find the package. Anyway, the seller was gracious and refunded my money. My box arrived in very good condition and seller packed the pitcher against the skills of the post, seller won! A good experience all around. . . PS i took pictures but as soon as I downloaded, my whole feedback disappeared, this took 3 times to take.
