I went to the USPS in person and also phoned them several times. They couldn't find the package. Anyway, the seller was gracious and refunded my money. I am sorry this happened as they sent the item out in good faith. Thank you for being an upstanding business. I wish you the best.

My box arrived in very good condition and seller packed the pitcher against the skills of the post, seller won! A good experience all around. . . PS i took pictures but as soon as I downloaded, my whole feedback disappeared, this took 3 times to take.
