The seller was amazing and sent me another one at no extra cost. I don't believe he could have packaged it any better, I think it was just unlucky and rough handling by the postage service in Australia (I suspect it was thrown or dropped). I would highly recommend this seller, and have already purchased other items which arrived safely without incident. They arrived within a week too! Thank you again!!

The shipping speed was very fast for an international order and the cost was comparable to what was charged. The product was exactly as described and I can't wait to use it with my Temomi Shincha!
