Device description lists 100W power, yet two of my laptops both complain of "Weak Charging State, please check power charger." So, they charge, but they charge slower than if I plugged the power transformer directly into the laptop instead of plugging it into this dock. I made sure the USB-C ports on the laptops corresponded to the green check marks shown in the listing.
