I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service. Will buy from them again!!!

Watched it go across the country 3 times... the seller sent me another copy... got both copies one day after the other. They were so helpful and provided shipping label for the 2nd copy to send back would work with again.
