There was a confusion with the shipped item, but Richard has been so helpful in getting the shipping issue resolved. Packing was amazing, everything came intact, even the 3D butterflies' wings! The packaging is have to say ok, and the platter arrived unscathed, but I always recommend double boxing and ceramic or glass platters, just for safety.the platter is beautiful and I already hung it in my family room.. the platter is as described. I saw a similar platter for more money and I will check Richard's eBay site for more treasures.
