Phone came well packaged and the phone itself was in the condition advertised if not better and the delivery was approximately a week and we live at opposite ends of the country. I sent them a message to which they responded within 5-10 minutes. Long story short, my senior father has been frustrated for years trying to get this phone so I stepped in and these guys made is simple.... so simple we ordered my father a second one immediately. Thanks!!
