The seller admitted twice around Christmas to making a tracking mistake, but I missed their messages. Without my knowledge, the collection point opened a return because the item wasn’t picked up, and I didn’t receive any notification until today. When I contacted the seller, they were dismissive. I eventually found the parcel, but it was the wrong item—completely different and of much lower value. Thankfully, eBay issued a full refund.
