I contacted them before purchase to ensure that they use Royal Mail for delivery as advertised on the product page. They confirmed they used Royal Mail. And then sent it by Yodel, so my parcel was abandoned in a public stairwell, and the only reason I knew it was there was an email sometime later. The seller told me that sending by Royal Mail to central Scotland cost extra - from Lancashire? Absolute laughable nonsense, so don't expect Royal Mail, expect a cheaper service.

No customer service and no help whatsoever. If they had checked the listing from their side they would have been able to tell me where the package was but they completely ignored me. Luckily another package was lost on the same day and the other seller managed to help me find my packaged. Thanks for nothing! I'd not recommend this seller to anyone.
