The condition, price, shipping and appearance was as described with only minor cosmetic scratches on the outside of the phone. The device activated with my cell carrier with no issues. However, the device was not secured with any cushion as I had hoped, but it was taped very well to the interior box.

Price was really good for the condition of the phone, Only small marks but no issues with screen or anything really and looks slightly brand new. Battery was slightly terrible on first day but thats given when setting it up at first til it indexes everything but afterwards it lasted me all day at work. Everything works, no sticky or broken buttons. Thanks for a free screen protector too! :)

I freaked at first because it seemed like there were issues with the screen. I took off the screen protector (which was solid!) and the scratches and glass breakage was the protector. For a device that is a few gens out, it is good.
