The condition, price, shipping and appearance was as described with only minor cosmetic scratches on the outside of the phone. The device activated with my cell carrier with no issues. However, the device was not secured with any cushion as I had hoped, but it was taped very well to the interior box.

I freaked at first because it seemed like there were issues with the screen. I took off the screen protector (which was solid!) and the scratches and glass breakage was the protector. For a device that is a few gens out, it is good.
