Although the way the heavy device just kinda snaps into the frame seems like it could be a future point of failure. I installed mine with just a single fastener in the middle so it can swivel. Hex head wasn't convenient but I suppose understandable. If a hex key was included I overlooked it in the package. All my hex wrenches were down in the garage and I was too lazy to walk all the way out there.

I resolved that, though by simply putting a couple of Velcro thin straps around the back and it’s safely secured. I like the product.
