When he was notified of the mistake, he sent back a confrontational msg that's basically a "so what? here's a refund." Zero apology for the mistake. In follow up messages he says that I should be grateful for the refund (because of his mistake) and how he has amazing customer service skill because he issued the refund. I've bought several items from them for my Scican Bravo 17v and bought an enbioS from them as well. Don't bother working with anyone else for your small business sterilizer needs. Every single person I talk to there is helpful, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily friendly.
