  Great quality & condition item was mishandled by the shipping provider although the packing was exceptionally great and provided excellent protection got banged up and both of the plastic tabs from the cigarette bezel broke off got in touch with the seller told him what had transpired and a few days later I received a replacement at no cost even though it was not the sellers fault excellent customer service all around
