I've owned 3 or more of this exact model of vacuum. Obviously I'm fan. Why? Great suction, clearance of the lower part allows it to fit under many couches and other furniture pieces, excellent attachments, large dirt cup, etc. Lasts for years if you give it attention every once awhile by removing rubbish around the beater bar so it doesn't tax the motor.

The biggest “con” is the handle. It was meant to be detachable so you could change the unit around to suit different purposes, however it’s plastic so its grip where it attaches is very loose. So every time you grab the vacuum to get to work the stupid handle comes off in your hand. So that’s the only reason (a big one) I regret this purchase.

They were also a very good price. When the post office held up the order, I messaged them and they were very apologetic, and apparently contacted the USPS, cause it was only a couple of days later and I received them.

They did not let me know what the status was on the one coming back, I had to contact them. Then when i finally got one back it was the same damaged one that I sent them! Tried to contact them, no response, had to get eBay involved to send it back and get a refund.
