The seller took ages to respond to my emails regarding delivery- their responses were useless and just a diversionary tactic. They fobbed me off with a lame excuse about their server crashing and losing years of data as a reason for the delay. The original goods were simply lost by Yodel. A real pair of tyres dropped to the Yodel drop point and then falling off the system, this happens a bit much but this doesn't really amount to diversionary tactics or some scheme to defraud the customer. It amounts to a package going missing. For which of course we will fully refund the customer.
