The snap-in fittings are very difficult to get in place properly. I used o-ring grease to make it easier, but the outlet still leaked horribly on the first try. I was able to get it back out (very difficult) and reseated properly. I have a lot of experience repairing cars and mowers, so this should not have been so difficult.
