After a thorough cleaning (lots of dirt, dust, and human hair) and a spraying of Febreeze, it is comfortable and functional. I still consider it a decent deal, but understand that you will not be receiving a chair that is any way refurbished or cleaned, they just disassemble, put it in a box, and ship it.

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled. The top edge of the seat back (packed separately from the base in the same box, thank you!) was scratched across the top edge from where the box had been crushed and torn, unfortunately.Steelcase think V2 Stool Green Back/Gray Seat (Rare Color) (#186725904870)
