      Overall good to use and buy

      It is good to use to prevent the birds from spilling their food everywhere inside and outside their cages, which wasted lots of bird food and created a very messy area in my home. With the plastic eating feeder kit installed outside their cages, it prevent them from throwing 90% of their food onto their trash lid pooping bin and no more spilling outside the cages. The birds still create 10% of food waste scraps inside the food feeder where the wooden bar is located and they often pooped in there too which is disguising to clean up. I give it a 4 star rating bc it is so inconvenient and sometimes hard to take out the metal hanger of the food feeder from the cages and there should be an opening from the top of the food feeder to make it easy for bird owner to dump the used seed scraps ...

      Helps keep surroundings clean

      This feeder helps keep the cage and your floor clean. With the bird inside it to eat, there is very little mess created by uneaten food and hulls, most of it stays inside the feeder. It also romotes less waste as uneaten dropped food remains in the feeder rather than in the cage bottom or your floor.

      Great Product

      Parakeets are messy eaters so this little feeder is perfect for them. Its less mess and no hassle. Hooks right to the cage. Perfect size.

      Good food dish

      I have sun conures and this is big enough for each cage. One bird can eat at a time. Two at a squeeze, but it works. In the beginning it takes them a while to figure out the food dish. Good price. $15 and change including shipping. A bit awkward to clean. Cannot put in dish washer as it has a wooden perch.

      No More Mess....YaY !!!

      Parakeets love sitting on this as they eat...all there mess stays in the box...No More cleaning seed off the bottom of the cage. Just a small caveat...The box is BIG...so make sure you have room for it if you decide to place it in the cage. Great Buy and Definitely Worth It. AAA+++
