This is the type of scam seller that makes eBay frustrating and gives it a bad time. This was not an honest mistake with the wrong product shipped. They are advertising one product and intentionally fulfilling a totally different one. Avoid at all costs. Now it’s too late for me to get masks before my trip and they expect me to go through the effort of making a return when they scammed me.
