First shipment was lost / misplaced by shipping company for a full week (no tracking). When I contacted PDP they immediately investigated and sent a replacement order by another method which arrived today.

I sent a message and with in hours I had a response. I believe it was the tracking not updating but it ended up showing up the next day. You guys have my business and 5 Stars just for quick response. Seller was accommodating and tried to convince me to try them explainingthat the stiffer foam was better for impact. They were too firm for what I needed, but the quality of the product seemed nice.
