For the price paid it should have been included. Shipping took a long time but it was from Canada, so the item had to clear customs. No real problems with the transaction. I spoke to the vendor thinking it was the wrong color and was told I could return it if it was not correct. It was. Nice people.

Packed very nicely and not damages during transport. Valued for the money. Although the postage was high for me as where I’m located.
