My item was advertised as "Brand New," but arrived in a visibly opened/battered box with key parts damaged or missing. Included adhesive strips had their protective plastic removed and had been affixed to a wall before being returned, so when I got it, the tape was dirty and ineffective. I don't mind selling returns but calling them "Brand New" is a lie.
