Great to work with and kept in good communication when the arrival of the package was seriously delayed due to several mis-ship errors at more than one of the postal distribution centers thru no fault of the seller. I purchased a used/open box tv/monitor that was as advertised, great price, and works well! 5++++STARS! The heating pad arrived on time, packed very carefully. It looked just like the photo. I plugged it in & it works. It cost about 50% less than the manufacturer's sale price. My parents had theirs for 30 yrs & it still works! Recent reviews on Thermaphore's website say newer models don't even last half as long.
