Packaging and delivery was top tier they made sure to package well to protect the doll from getting bumped around during the long haul. I will do business again seller values their customers by protecting the doll and the cost of the doll and shipping was reasonable. Made my wife smile for our anniversary as she is an avid collector or china heads and this era of dolls this has become her favorite
