Zojirushi brought their brilliant Japanese engineering to create this efficient water boiling device. It has multiple temperature settings so that you can have the water that is just right for you. Its built-in computer is able to automatically bring the water to a certain temperature and shut off when it has been achieved. It has a non-stick surface so it is not hard to clean. The pot is durable as it is made from stainless steel.

Excellent product. Lots of safety features.
Works as described. Great to have boiling hot (or whatever temp you set it at) water available all the time. Plug attaches magnetically so pulling in the cord can’t drag it off the counter. Water requires you press first the unlock button which gives you about 6-7 seconds to press the dispense button so there is never any hot water accidentally dispensed. Once you start to dispense water there is no limit as to how long you can hold the button and continue pumping out hot water. Very nice Japanese quality built unit. Works as described. I drink a lot of coffee and tea. It’s great having hot water at exactly the correct temperature ready when I want it. Pros: Does just what it’s supposed to, more efficient than heating water in kettle on the stove, easy to see water level, standby mode, two speed dispenser is great for drip cone coffee filters Cons: power cord too easy to accidentally disconnect, cannot use quick temp to heat to highest setting without using boil function or filling to less than capacityI drink a lot of coffee and tea. Works very well.
Next to Tiger, Zojirushi is my brand of choice for water boiler and rice cooker. The main reason is longevity more than functionality. I own both brands. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase. If this lasts as long or longer than the Tuger boiler, which lasted more than 12 years, then I would say the two brands are a toss-up brand of choice for me.

Love it!
It's so nice to always have hot water ready. No need to put on the tea kettle and wait for the water to boil. I find myself drinking tea much more frequently right now. It's a beautiful design and the black/stainless steel look perfectly complements the look of my kitchen. So glad I have it!
