We offer a 30 day free return that was never used. The buyer never contacted us about the problem and just use the feedback to damage our reputation instead. We are not collector's only reseller's. We used 22 picture's in our listing showing the item and ask all buyer's to ask any question's before purchasing. This buyer chose to do nothing to correct the situation.

This item was Listed as NEW (brand-new, unused, unopened), which was clearly not what I received. The package had been opened and the contents removed previously.
