They also “forgot” to list the damage to the new item! No partial refund given as requested. A full refund was offered which was explained as not helpful five times. Utter waste of time I should have just given negative feedback as my actual truthful experience from the off but then most sellers care when they fall short. Not this one of 22yrs they say.

I told the seller and they refunded me straight away the full amount plus postage with no quibbles. I was very pleased with the response and would use again. Thanks for refunding so quickly.
