When I purchased the wrench I stated in an e-mail IMMEDIATELY after the purchase that the purchase was CONTINGENT about my getting a specific LOWER shipping cost. Seller SHIPPED the wrench BUT NEVER GAVE ME A REVISED SHIPPING COST. BAD!! ALSO One photo NOT THAT ITEM. 17 shipping days
