When they printed the Label off on Wednesday (ordered and paid for 1.30pm Tuesday), they knew that it was already 1 day behind. So, could have had the common decency to send it 1st class. But, NO! They also could have had the common decency to contact me to advise of the delay. But, NO! One problem with ebay is, that when a label is printed off, it is automatically marked as despatched

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
