The replacement turned out to be the incorrect type for my laptop, so I contacted them, and they sent me the return packing slip the same day and sent me a link for the proper screen which I purchased. Great experience all around. Nice to see a company that stands behind their products and provides excellent customer service.

When I took my old screen out and saw numbers didn't match (my error), I called for exchange, and the tech who answered on first ring arranged a quick RMA exchange, cross shipped. Later, that beautifully packed replacement seemed DOA (my old one still worked, it didn't), so I exchanged again, again cross shipped, and the new one is working beautifully.
