This resulted in some items suffering cosmetic damage; important being a Collector’s Item. However, the seller was very kind and helped me with my returns. I have bought from this seller before and received the item in pristine condition, so I know they are good. I would totally recommend this seller as this unfortunate shipping mishap was not their fault and they really were very kind & helpful.

I notified the seller and she immediately remedied the situation. She located the correct figurine & packaging and sent it to me the same day at no additional shipping cost. She also said I could keep the original figurine & packaging shipped to me at no additional cost. I'm very impressed by her generosity as well as her willingness to resolve the problem quickly.
