The product is brand new, yet the box did get slightly banged up in the mail. That being said, it's nothing too noticeable but the seller may need to consider more protection when packaging. The price was great, and I am extremely happy to have my hands on this Funko Pop.

With this information I purchased this single Blu-ray disc and I am completely happy with the seller and their response and the disc.
