    PROFOUND IMPACT on my Life!

    I read this book 10 years ago, and although it was a little long on the history of sugar, it made a huge impact on my life. Ever since reading Sugar Blues, I cut down my sugar intake to maybe10% of what it was before. And I was a real "Sweet-tooth." Still am...but watch it and eat sweets very sparingly and consciously. Lost 20 lbs. too! This book did it for me! And I'm so much better off for having read it.

    Will change how you think

    This wasn't the easiest book in the world to read - I kept waiting for it to get to the "good part". However, the content was actually very interesting and has changed my thinking about what I eat and what I allow my family to eat.

    Change my whole outlook and the way I feel

    Sugar is a drug and can cause a lot of health problems . I done away with it for 6 months now and have lost 20lbs in the first 3 weeks and haven’t gain any of it back! It is definitely something everyone should read and become very aware of what sugar can be capable of . The tough part is getting off the sugar.

    Truth about sugar.-- easy reading.

    eye opening! white sugar is poison & it affects our health - negatively white sugar is as addictive as alcohol, etc.... contributing to all illnesses. im in shock that such a product is so available... thank you Sugar Blues everyone should read.
