Seller's eBay business fell behind with shipping and responding to messages which seller dealt with mother's cancer, death and all the things which have to be addressed and handled post-death. Seller was finally ready to ship the pajamas to buyer but buyer asked for a refund instead.

Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.
