Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.

He patiently talked me through each step to resolve the issue and restore my laptop back to it's original state, all in his own time. Can't thank him enough and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company in the future. Thank again Andrew - Top man!
