Unfortunately, they were used when I received them, and one was damaged (1 mounting lug missing). I brought this to the seller's attention. He said that they were listed as new by mistake, and offered to refund 1/2 the total cost. This was fine by me. Mistakes happen. It's how someone handles them that really matters, and this seller stands behind his product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.
