The seller sent the item with a plastic cap that was loose. There was leakage so I did not receive it 80% full. I requested a return and the Seller contacted EBay to open a case against me for fraud and buyers remorse which was not true so this seller is dishonest. eBay agreed with me and Refunded my money.
