I got the box and only the stethoscope was in it, no cuff. I contacted seller and agreed to partial refund but in hindsight, I should have asked for a full. I received a $5.30 refund, & paid $8.22 for a cheap stethoscope. The only reason for leaving neutral is I did agree to it, otherwise negative.
