Ordered - 11/12 - Arrived - 27/12. I returned the 2 sweaters unopened in 1 parcel (same parcel they arrived in) and paid for 1 x postage as this was now going to cost me to return them. I was refunded for 1 sweater minus the postage. I was offered a partial refund for the 2nd sweater. I declined this as the sweater returned was unopened. I contacted them and was ignored. Very poor customer service.

This was through no fault of the seller but was a courier error However the seller was very quick to reply to my messages and resolved my complaint amicably. Also I would like to point out the quality of the item was very good so I will be returning as a customer again. Thank you.

Upon refund advice I was only issued with a partial refund for £6 and not the full amount of £34.26. Contacted eBay who are going to sort this out for me.
