The only issue I have had is the case covers the ear speaker and I can barely hear anyone with the volume turned to max. The only opening is on the top edge for listening. I have to put my callers on speaker to understand them. I guess it's the downfall of being waterproof.

It's a solid quality case and I have even tested the underwater factor and it seems to be waterproof. But make sure you test the case without the phone in it before you go drop it in the water.
