However with this LP it was stated that it had been delivered to me, but hadn't, and was delivered in a different part of the country. Then somehow it it is returned to Heathrow Airport to be returned to the vendor probably because it was not addressed properly. I was told by the vendor to make enquiries with Royal Mail which I had done. I wanted the LP but got a refund and will go elsewhere.

Even though I live in the Bay Area, I make purchases there several times a year, either via eBay or when I'm visiting New York. Wonderful, very professional staff. This order featured fast fulfillment and shipping, excellent and safe, secure shipment packaging, the records (several sealed) were exactly as advertised, and Academy's prices are always fair.
